Our house was recently restumped, so we need to fix up 4 of the door strike plates so they close properly. Another door has damage from the dog on the door frame that needs repairing/replacing. We have a painter coming next week so preferably before then. Also we have a water damaged window sill that needs replacing if feasible. Thank you
