Hi, I tried fixing the hole myself, but it hasn't turned out the way I expected. First, I cut out the damaged area to make it completely hollow. Then I used ice cream sticks and some cardboard to create a backing layer inside the cavity. After that, I filled it with expanding foam and left it to cure for 24 hours. Once it had set, I applied builder's bog with hardener over the top. And left it for 4hr to dry. I then sanded it with 120-grit sandpaper, but there were still some small holes. Someone suggested painting over it, so I did. However, it's now been around 60 hours and the paint is still wet. I was planning to sand it with 220-grit, but I can't because the paint hasn't dried. Could you please let me know what I should do? If you're able to fix it, I'd be happy to pay $50 for your help.

The door closes but open easily when some wind blows. The locking mechanism needs a check.
