Looks like there is a leak at the end of the shower, i can fill it with silicone, however, need a carpenter to cut and replace the rotted end of the door jamb.

Side door latch needs to be properly fixed with 4 screws. As shown, it has two holes and drilling into door required for two additional screws. Currently, during windy conditions, it tends to open.
