Need brickwork on side wall beside garage door and the metal door needs to be removed until new wall is set. Then re install the door.

A few odd jobs. Small amount of Caulking at bottom of kitchen tiles which is over 20 years old and flaking off. The bottom of the window sill has a small amount of water damage and flaking. It's an MDF architrave and just needs sand, seal, (possibly epoxy filler) and cream paint. The cupboard / shelf above the stove backing has come off as we stuffed too much in it. My herbs heat up if I use the fan. Not happy with that. The microwave cabinet has it's own power and I want to access it with a 15 cm (approx.) hole to put toaster/kettle cables up through it. I need a dog door installed in laundry, as well as swap it with the back door clear flap one which lets in rain, heat and cold. Our ensuite Shower door is bent and leaks terribly - it likely needs replacing. I don't know if it can be repaired. It's a small space and not really any room to get fancy. We want to redo the bathroom when funds allow, but for now, we just need functional. I can send more photos. Shower door added in description.

Bathroom door is rubbing against the top and making it difficult to shut and open. I have already tried tightening the hinge. This will likely require filing the door from the top and side. Also door paint if side needs filing. Happy to organise an inspection.
