You will need to purchase a cabinet hinge. Strike plate installation: One bedroom door has a lock, but the door frame does not have a strike plate for the latch. A hole needs to be drilled and a strike plate installed. The strike plate is provided. Lock replacement: Replace two locks (one in the bathroom and one in the toilet). Both new locks are provided. Materials: Any additional materials required can be purchased from Bunnings, and I will reimburse the cost. Parking: Parking is available on the premises for your convenience. Hi. The bottom seal and aluminum strip on my framed shower door have come loose and are corroded as in photos. I need someone to: Remove the shower door (unscrew from top and bottom hinges/pivots /rivets). Replace the corroded aluminum bottom rail. Install a new clear plastic shower door seal/sweep to prevent leaks. Refit and align the door so it opens and closes smoothly.
