Need help repairing the laundry bifold door. As you can see in the attached photos: The top track/hinge has come loose and no longer holds the door securely. The bottom pivot hinge is still in place but needs adjustment. The door is currently unstable and doesn’t fold or close properly. As pictured there are 2 doors uneven and 1 does not close.

Replace 1 sliding timber door of old fly screen with new mesh Adjust door sliding track

removing faulty sureflap cat door and installing new on. The old one is already set into a wall so just a case of taking out the old one and putting the new one in.

Need to fix a door as during winter the edges expand a bit.

Need to install the fly screen door, I have attached a few photos , pls let me know if more detail is required.

Manual garage door appears to have lost tension. Still on tracks but difficult to open. Also require installation of a Merlin MR655MYQ motor roller door opener
