I need a new sliding door installed, other small jobs - putting on new internal door handles, putting up new curtain rails and blinds.

Cockatoos have chewed off the plastic trims on two upper story aluminum windows and pecked at the rubber seal beneath the window. I would like the following tasks done 1. Replace the trims around three sides of the window - approx. 8m of surfmist trim 2. Repair/replace the rubber seal beneath the window - approx. 4m 3. Put up some wire or bird spikes to prevent them landing on the sill - approx. 4m See images, can send some more if you need

My dining room's sliding door was working fine until yesterday. I think something's broken (possibly the roller, but I don't know) that since this morning it's very heavy to open and close. It's still able to open and close it, but it's very difficult to. I need someone that can help to fix it so that it can open and close normally again. Note: it's the right door from the picture.

There are 2 sets of timber sliding doors ( 2 doorways with 2 doors each) in the living areas that are old and hard to slide. There is a lot of resistance when sliding them. they are hanging on rails that are concealed by a timber pelmet, of which I cannot clearly see any screws or nails. repair the sliding doors to the original smooth sliding state. remove pelmet if required but it must be put back, restored to original state (minus any painting required).

I have a security door that is not closing properly. It appears the door strike plates needed to be moved slightly, and another ‘packed up’ due to the strike plate being too deep.
