A rivet has sheared off a bracket causing my window to drop. Also won’t close properly now. Very straight forward job to replace the rivet. Will need 3/16, maybe 1/4 Photos show the one that is broken and the other photo shows what it should look like

We have aluminium doors and the main one seems to have dropped and is closing, but with some difficulty. See photos. Need someone familiar with the hinge system of this door to adjust and make right. My apartment is about 5 years old. I went to replace the internal doors standard silver with brass handles. Apparently, new handles = new doors. Is this real? How can I measure it to see if it will work on my existing door? Seeking advice

Need a way for my dog to get some fresh air on hot nights. Maybe by putting a doggy door into the bottom panel of this external balcony door and replacing with a vent, doggy door or something that lets a breeze through.

Two jobs 1. I need a heavy wardrobe door fitted, need someone that knows what they’re doing, probably inspect then go to Bunnings and grab the fittings and come back to fit etc. probably needs someone routing into the door as well. 2. I need a door handle fitted to a bedroom door. Think I have the right fittings but again may need new after inspection.
