Hello. My name is Jason and I have an issue with my garage door remote. It started working awkward since last week and I changed the old battery to new one and also cleaned inside dust and dirt of the remote, but it still doesn't work very well. When I press the remote switch to open the garage door, the red led light blink on the remote but the door doesn't open very well. What I am saying is that the door can be opened sometimes, very irregularly. I upload the photos of the remote and the garage sensor box so please check the type of my garage door and I simply want to repair or replace my remote to new one if it works.

Install a wooden frame and door (already acquired) in place of the one I'm removing. It is a near perfect fit, the frame being removed is maybe 20mm wider at the most, and I will have it removed before you arrive to save you time. If I Iike your work I'll have more for you. Not in a rush, but weekdays after 430pm are my prefered times I want this done, or anytime on a weekend.
