I have a new front door. I was wanting to remove current door, hang and install new door with handles and lock. I’m wanting to either get a handle and seperate deadlock - like current configuration. I’ll purchase that by Saturday for installation. Just haven’t got around to getting it. See pics

Panel lift door needs a service, it apprears to have snapped a large spring on the top so is super super heavy to lift when in manual override. Merlin controller with 5 panel high door and double width. Flexible budget. Thanks

Our door lock has stopped working from the outside. It’s a two stage deadlock. Works and locks perfectly from the inside. Suspect outside cylinder has packed in. Please quote for call-out and potential repair. Frankston South location. Looking for repair ASAP, as we only have one garage remote to access the house split between three people.

So looking for quote to install: New lock for front security screen door (key is missing) May need new lock for back security screen door too. New lock for garage door (key missing) Key jamming on door of shed/office (key used to work but now jamming) Also help with changing couple of lightbulbs - one is a down-light. Other tasks too down the track but these are most urgent. Will reimburse cost of new locks and light bulbs. Thank you.

Internal bifold door has come of its track and needing realignment.

Install 13 internal door handles. Replace old white one in photo with new handle in photo.

Possibly need new door frame and or lock. Seeking job to be done some time today.

Handy man required. Need a door bell mounting plate installed. It needs to be drilled into brick work. My Bosch hammer drill isn't powerful enough. Presumably, due to the old brickwork that's incredibly strong. A commercial grade drill is required & I don't want to purchase one as it won't get enough use. Very quick & easy task if you have a commercial grade rotary hammer.

The door is 2430mm in height.  All wrapped up with plastic. With the hardware for the door.  In the small boxes. Already on site - to be installed onto the timber frame.

Remove and replace existing fence approx 2.5m where timber panels are falling due to wood rot and water damage. Replace 3 x External window frames rotted at base where connected to decking
