Install a lock on an internal cavity / sliding toilet door

Our flysecreen sliding door isn’t rolling due to one wheel is broken and the other not moving smoothly and both need replacement.Pls include quote for labour. Parts will be reimburse with receipts

We have two doors which are jamming and not closing properly. It appears that something has happened with the top hinge of both doors. Would like to be able to close both without issue.

Need replace 2 door handles, fix 1, needs replacement nails for 1 door hinge and tighten a loose wobbly handrail. See photos attached

Door hinge was bent from the timber post and is temporarily affixed with screws as depicted. The door currently sits lopsided and don’t close properly. And 2 timber pieces need replacing and/or fixing.

Fix door so it shuts properly

This timber tiled structure is doubled as a retaining wall. The growing ferns behind the wall have put pressure on the structure, causing the tiles to pop. There are 2-3 capping tiles that have been pushed up and probably 6 more tiles that are loose and may come off. To re-attach the tiles that have popped off and fix those that are loose.

Roller needs to be replaced on sliding door

Need to remove the old door and install a new one. The door is to access the backyard from the parking. Door size is 204x82x3.5 cm. The old door is still functioning but the bottom part is damaged by moisture over the time. The hinges and lock system to be moved to new door. Task should cover labour, new door and rubish removal.
