2x door hinges have completely come undone and the door is unattached. Need it fixed for my tenant.

We have a Lockwood deadlatch with a numerical lock, but the deadlatch at the back does not close smoothly. I have tried various methods, including removing the latch and reattaching it, but the issue persists. It closes smoothly for a short time, but then it becomes stuck again.
