There seems to early signs of damp on door frame next to shower. As per images, looks like water is escaping from shower into wall/door

Cool room seal replacement - Due date: Flexible

The front door has just recently refused to close. It was working fine and now it takes full force to open and close. Thought it might have been the top hinge that was misaligned but the hinge is too tightly screwed in that I can’t remove it. Also tried removing the pin in the hinge but also no luck. I think that’s all it needs but I don’t have the tools strong enough to get it done properly. I have photos. - Due date: Flexible
