Hi, I’m looking for an experienced garage door technician to repair an Automatic Technology Australia (ATA) garage door opener. Issue: • Motor runs normally • Chain does not move at all • Door does not open or close • Red & green lights flashing (likely overload) • Suspected stripped or failed drive gear / sprocket (common ATA issue)

Attach this door to the fence and put a latch on the door & brick so it closes.

Some sash windows in our home are stuck and we are unsure how to get them unstuck All in beautiful condition (NOT looking to repair or replace). Just need to get them open asap. $100 to unstick the sash windows (not a call-out fee). Price for repairs beyond that can be discussed if needed.

Install 3 x security camera mounts (see photo) onto bricks. I have the screws and ladder. You will require the necessary drill and 6mm masonry drill bit.

I need someone to remove the exisiting laundry door and replace it with another door. The measurements on both doors are very similar, however a new strike plate in the door frame may be required. I also need another door hinge to be refitted as it is loose and not hanging properly. Please see photos. First three are the replacement door Second three are the door to be replaced and frame. Last photo is door hinge that appears to be loose.

Mdf doors no longer run smoothly in tracks. One door has cracked at bottom and may need replacing to insert the tracking rollers, which are intact. Door frame and rails for door need slight adjist (plane, sanding, rail reset) so they run again.
