The wooden beads of the window frames on the outside need replacing. Once these are replaced all the external windows frames will need sanding back and resealing. Pergola measures about 360cm by 350cm 4 sets of three windows, each set measures about 120cm by 200cm. 3 doors, each measures about 50cm by 200cm 3 small windows on second level(easily accessible) the set is about 180cm by 50cm 2 sets of 2 windows on second level, (easily accessible) each set is about 120cm by 50cm. I opened my window, but when trying to shut it, the metal bars they bended, and now the window won’t shut, need help to fix it asap

10 x new window winders to be installed in old windows. Some have existing window winders that need replacing, others have hooks that need removing before installing. Some will need a little bit of sanding back before installing the new fittings (depending on the paint marks or hooks that are removed). Decent attention to detail needed as these are being fitted before fly screens are built.

Hello I have a small job that I need assistance with - I would like to seal up a gap between window and wall with a suitable substance (caulk / foam?) with the hope that it will reduce odours from coming into the room. Hi! My bathroom window has two offset panes of glass, leading to an open gap between the two that cannot be closed. With an exhaust fan present, this gap is not needed for ventilation. It also looks terrible with the poorly painted/flaking frame and unnecessary metal pieces left behind. Window frames are all aluminium I think. Approx. 50cm x 90cm. I’m not sure if the glass and/or frames need to be replaced or if they can be reused and just aligned to each other. Essentially, I would like: closed off window (no more gap) with aligned glass and for it to look nicer than it does now! Handyman needed to replace fly screen mesh. The window flyscreen bracket easily come off for flyscreen mesh replacement. You need to go to bunnings to get one that fits 1450 X 510 (Syneco 2m x 1220 - $10) and the other 940 x 870 (syneco 810 x 2050 - $8). Then go to the house, cut them in size and replace them. Fairly easy task and hours fairly flexible. It should only take 10 minutes max. After working hours during the week and flexible over weekend.

Recently noticed water ingress during heavy rain near the corners of my 2 bedrooms, the side of which this is happening is glass. Due to which the plywood carpet underlay is seen as rotten near the corners. Need a good professional tradie to fix the water ingress. I have attached few pics of one of the corner and the glass window for reference. This is happening in 2 corners of each bedroom.
