Hi, I’m looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to replace rotten timber around 3 window frames and repair/replace a small section of timber flooring. The timber around the windows has water damage/rot and needs to be removed and replaced properly, ready for painting. Scope of work: • Replace rotten timber on 3 window frames • Repair/replace a section of timber flooring • Supply tools and experience • Prefer someone experienced with exterior timber repairs I can provide photos and measurements.

Window frame painted/varnished

Need to spray paint in monument grey all window frames. A couple have been done. I have the materials. Please see photos for before and after. 2 sliding doors + 4 big windows + 3 small windows (inside and outside).
