The door was rehung but is too close to the wall and scrapes it. The window frame is split in one corner.

I have about 22 aluminum window, door and security screen frames which I would like to paint white. All are in good condition. I need help to speed up the preparation work before painting so I can finish the whole house quicker. This task includes cleaning window frames and doors including the tracks, lightly sanding all window frame aluminum surfaces, cleaning and rinsing again with sugar-soap, filling any holes with no-gap. Masking the windows, rubbers and areas not to be painted with masking tape and paper in preparation to be sprayed by me (or you too if you have the skills and have sprayed before - we can discuss when on the job). I plan on spraying on a Saturday and Sunday so preparation work can happen on either a Friday or Saturday. I need to do all 22 areas over the next few weekends but would like to start with two test windows. If the job is done well, and you would like to continue to help with the remaining windows / doors etc. we can expand to those areas too, as agreed. Some windows are larger than others but a flat rate of $100 will be paid (so potentially a job worth $2200). Sand-paper, washing towels, brushes, masking tape and masking paper is provided. Please only reach out if you have experience preparing surfaces and masking accurately.

I need help sanding, washing and masking our house window frames in preparation for painting. There are 18 windows to get done. This will be done over 3 or 4 weekends. Or do it on a few Fridays and I will spray on the weekend.

I have six windows downstairs that are aluminium I want them spray painted monument I have all the materials including plastic and tape for the windows plus the spray paint. I need a structural timber window sub-sill and frame replaced. The internal wall demolition is already fully done and will be completed by an insurance builder. The job: The whole window frame timber and affected sub-sill directly underneath and around the aluminium window frame has rotted and needs to be removed and replaced structurally and repainted to match current paint. Painting old aluminium window frames white Looking for someone experienced to paint our older aluminium window frames from the current yellow/cream-brown colour to white. We have multiple windows throughout the house that we’d eventually like done. Looking specifically for someone who has experience painting aluminium window frames and knows the correct prep process, including cleaning, sanding/scuffing, appropriate primer and painting, so we get a nice finish that lasts and doesn’t peel. The base of my window frame has some dry rot in it. I think that I have removed the rot back to reasonable timber. I want the holes repaired and ready for me to prime and paint. I believe the cause of the rot has been fixed There are 2 holes, one about 7cm square and the other at the longest part is about 20cm and the widest part around 6cm

Window frame and glass have been damaged

Painting 3x internal doors and door frames and 2x small windows. They’re already white, just need a refresh

Water leak above has affected plaster board and window frame. Also small hole in ceiling the larger one has a vent on it. Note the need to reuse daddo rail on wall.
