Find professional window frame repairs in QLD

Hi, I’m looking for someone to help remove a metal bracket fixed to my window frame. It’s an old metal bracket/angle piece screwed into the frame. I just need it unscrewed and taken off safely without damaging the window. I tried but the screws didn’t come out, and It looks like the bracket might also be glued or stuck onto the surface, so it may need careful removal.

Install one standard size door frame + architrave with treated pine and one window frame 2m x 1m + architrave with treated pine. Suit carpenter or versatile handyman. Materials supplied.

Because of the wind direction, one of the windows had serious leaking during yesterday’s heavy rain. I think the internal drainage pipe is blocked, and I’m not able to clear it myself.

Seal around a bedroom window frame. Water entered during the cyclone and insurer has requested me to have this done prior to repair of internal damage from cyclone. Attached are three photos. Top of the window frame fell off. Need to get it fixed. The panel is still in tact but with curtain rod screwed into it. Please quote to fix with new panel. Needs to be strong enough for new curtain rod. Approx 1.5 m across.
