Varnish paint 12 external windows. Ladder/scaffold needed for half of them. Careful and neat touch up to sell the house, not looking for an extensive sand down, primer, stain and paint job. I will supply the paint, your own equipment for the rest of the job please. Not available between 1-12 January 2026.

Needing window frame repaired/patched/painted - window frame is within shower space - only really bottom half of the frame is damaged.

I would like to repair the fallen pieces of the window frame. Ensure remaining pieces are still correctly attached and apply sealant. Windows are on the outside of the house on top of the garage entry. Wood pieces that have fallen are still in good condition.

Because of the wind direction, one of the windows had serious leaking during yesterday’s heavy rain. I think the internal drainage pipe is blocked, and I’m not able to clear it myself.

During heavy rain, water leaks from both bottom corners of the bathroom window. The leak appears to be coming from around the window frame — possibly due to damaged sealing, flashing, or blocked drainage but I am not too sure. Install 3 double roller blinds inside the window frames (1 large window and 2 small windows). The blinds have been purchased and are ready for installation.

We would like two sets of sliding doors and one sliding window frame painted or spray painted please. They are the old style mission brown aluminium window frames. We will supply paint.

Top of the window frame fell off. Need to get it fixed. The panel is still in tact but with curtain rod screwed into it. Please quote to fix with new panel. Needs to be strong enough for new curtain rod. Approx 1.5 m across.

I have 4 windows that need curtain rods affixed to the frames. I have the metal rods (BUT they need cutting down 25mm) and I have the stirrup brackets. I just don’t have the tools or know how to install.
