I have a Aorus GC-WIFI7 wifi adapter to install into my computer. My existing card is faulty and I've been told to replace it. I'm not particularly hardware savvy, and it's a work PC and don't want down time, so hoping someone who is experienced in this can simply come and replace and install so I don't botch it, please.

Hi team, looking for an IT helpdesk professional asap to resolve a frustrating Wifi issue that has occurred on my Windows 11 PC as of today. Post the latest updates from Windows, it is now not allowing me to search for any wifi signals in my area. The error flagged is “The driver for your Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz network adapter isn’t running.” I have tried countless times to restart, uninstall the problematic update and also update the driver to no avail. I know the wifi signal is working as my iPhone is able to connect to it with no issues. Requesting assistance from anyone that can resolve this tonight. Thanks

Hello, I'm looking into getting WiFi via byo modem and then connecting to a plan but I need to know what router to get first. I'm looking for advice only ATM as to which modem I can use , I have an nbn box from previous Internet but not sure what modem I need, nbn available at my address is hfc. I don't want to spend a lot on the router but aiming for a plan of 250 dl and 23 upload as I want to use it for gaming. Dual band? Mesh? I will likely need a router with long range or extender or mesh as it will need to reach outside but not sure on square footage of my home. Pics and advice would be appreciated. Once I know what to buy I can then hire someone to help me install. I'd like it done asap as I need wifi.

Hi guys. I’ve got internet with Optus and they are saying it’s all ok on their end. My partner works from home and has issues with the speed with her calls dropping in and out. The internet is working but it’s not fast enough for her to work from home. They have given me the ok to hire a private technician to come and have a look. I’m in Northcote right by the pools. We have had NBN fibre to the premises installed. We have purchased an TP Link deco AX3000 whole home mesh WiFi 6 System, and have attempted installing but aren't very savvy with this. Would love someone to complete the installation.

I am after someone to look at our current internet. We have wifi extenders downstairs however are having issues with the internet upstairs. I have google home downstairs and a spare set of covr extenders which I would like to use for upstairs, but have been unable to set them up. So I would like to know if these can be set up if not I can purchase a few more google home extenders and have them set up - not a big job but I ahvent had much luck getting it done so need someone that has some idea of wifi and wifi extenders.
