The modern is setup in the office up stairs in a black data cabinet. Configure new TPlink wifi 7 router to existing nbn modem . We have signal confirmed at the modem and can access the router set up however the router can't access the internet from the modem. Have tried all trouble shooting options

Hi guys. I’ve got internet with Optus and they are saying it’s all ok on their end. My partner works from home and has issues with the speed with her calls dropping in and out. The internet is working but it’s not fast enough for her to work from home. They have given me the ok to hire a private technician to come and have a look. I’m in Northcote right by the pools. We have had NBN fibre to the premises installed. We have purchased an TP Link deco AX3000 whole home mesh WiFi 6 System, and have attempted installing but aren't very savvy with this. Would love someone to complete the installation.

I am after someone to look at our current internet. We have wifi extenders downstairs however are having issues with the internet upstairs. I have google home downstairs and a spare set of covr extenders which I would like to use for upstairs, but have been unable to set them up. So I would like to know if these can be set up if not I can purchase a few more google home extenders and have them set up - not a big job but I ahvent had much luck getting it done so need someone that has some idea of wifi and wifi extenders.
