We're getting married on 22 August 2026 and we're looking for a calm, organised person to be our on-the-day coordinator — the one who keeps everything (and everyone) moving so we can actually be present. The day at a glance: 50 guests, two venues and both are booked, the day is mapped out — we just need someone to run it Already locked in: venues and catering, photographer, videographer, wedding content creator, hair, and our own playlist for the reception. Bride is doing her own makeup. We're not hiring entertainment. Hi there, I came across your profile and saw you have experience in event management, and I was wondering if you’d be open to assisting with coordination for my wedding. Ideally, I’d be looking for help with some set-up in the morning, including arranging ceremony chairs and tying bows to the aisle chairs (around six), as well as setting up reception tables with tablecloths, vases, candles, plates, and cutlery. I’d also need help setting up a champagne tower and welcome sign. From there, I’d love some light coordination support — guiding vendors like the DJ, celebrant, and caterers on where to go, assisting guests with directions, and liaising with the caterers to ensure things like the cocktail grazing table are set up nicely. There may also be a few small things like cake setup and any last-minute details.
