Scope includes: - transporting of wedding sign to church (Chippendale) and then transporting sign to reception (Surry Hills) - providing organist and choir cues - coordinating bridal entrance, guiding bridal party, ensuring the ceremony flows smoothly - welcoming and managing guests to find their seats - working with florist and overseeing set up of church and reception space - take down of pews and tidy up

Looking for an on the day wedding coordinator to be available from 2pm-4:30pm approx to assist with the wedding ceremony. I would like them on the day to make sure guests fill from the front of the church, take the church pamphlets to the church and make sure the florist/music at church all under control, hand out flower petals to guests to throw up to the bride and groom, let guests know where they need to be next, help anyone order a taxi or Uber to reception.
