We are looking for an experienced wedding coordinator/planner to assist us in the lead-up to, and on the day of, our wedding on Saturday, 7 November 2026. We have already organised most of our major vendors, so we are not looking for a full-service wedding planner. We need someone to help coordinate everything in the final weeks and take charge of the logistics on the day. Wedding schedule: • Ceremony: 10am–2pm at The Madison, Dural • Photos: Fagan Park after the ceremony • Reception: from 6pm at Navarra, Lilyfield Lead-up assistance: • Liaise with and coordinate our wedding vendors • Confirm arrival times, setup requirements and logistics • Consolidate vendor contacts and prepare a detailed run sheet • Coordinate timings between the ceremony, photos and reception • Identify and resolve any potential logistical issues before the day • Provide general guidance and coordination in the final few weeks On the wedding day: • Act as the main point of contact for our vendors • Coordinate vendor arrivals, setup and transitions • Keep the day running according to schedule • Coordinate the transition from Dural → Fagan Park → Navarra • Liaise with the venues, DJ, photographer, entertainment and other suppliers • Ensure key reception events run on time • Troubleshoot any issues that arise so we can enjoy the day without worrying about logistics We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, calm under pressure and experienced in coordinating weddings across multiple locations.
