Need someone to diagnose what is wrong with my washing machine, and then to arrange fixing it. Based in Surry Hills. Over the next few days ideally.

My washing machine is displaying the ‘close the stopcock’ fault and ‘check the drainage system fault’. We have tried the whole turn the water off, tilt the washing machine forward, manually draining and restarting, check that the pump is still working etc, but nothing. The washing machine is a Miele WT2780

I want to do some renovation on the laundry so I want to remove the sink, and lower the washing machine taps.

Dryer with shelf attached to the base needs to be lifted on to washing machine, and then both units pushed back into corner of laundry. These were separated so the washing machine could be serviced, and it's too heavy for me to lift back up.

Put a load on today and got the UC error code. Tried hard resetting by pulling power cord out and leaving for 10 mins before plugging back in. Now the machine won't power on. When plugged in, it makes a few clicking sounds then plays power down jingle. No lights are coming on and nothing showing on dashboard.
