Bosch Maxx classic has stopped running. Looking for someone to fix it. The washing machine turns on, starts running but doesn't spin and stops intermittently.

Google reckons it is likely a 'broken spider arm'. The motor turns the pulley ok, and the belt looks fine and doesn't slip. The inner tub is not moving. The inner tub can be lifted and wiggled around, but it won't spin. It's a Miele 'W1 Classic Eco Plus & Comfort', model WDD030 . I'm happy to send you a video or do a face time call if you need more info.

Front loader needs seal replaced

Hi, I have a Whirlpool 6th Sense front load washing machine (9kg, 1400rpm). It is leaking water from the filter cover area at the bottom right corner and shows an “E” error on the display. I already checked and cleaned the filter, but the leak continues. I need a technician to inspect and repair it. Location: Glebe, NSW.

Need help finishing the setup of a front-loading washing machine (Akai 6kg). The machine fills with water but won’t drain (error E03). The drum is now full of water, so it looks like the drain hose isn’t connected properly under the sink.
