I need someone able to modify Venetian blinds, I need to shorten the width slightly

My venetian blinds can't be moved up and down The cord cable can't move the blind up and down

Venetian blind both pull-up cords broke & need replaced. 1 Normal height, single width window. Easy Access.

There are approximately 5 split or broken blinds that need replacing. Location is YARRAVILLE
