Cut out part of ceiling, approx 300mm x 300mm where mould is forming, clean and dry area removing all mould. Then patch and paint. Mould keeps coming back after I've cleaned it

We would like our internal garage walls painted. The garage is 60sqm. They are brick and will need cleaning before they are painted. Need a built in wardrobe to be installed in our spare room. Measurements of the area are 217L x 260H (ceiling to floor). I’d like sliding doors and shelving. IKEA photo is a reference for what I’m after. This isn’t a flat pack, so I need materials and install.
