I fell through the ceiling and need it fixed before moving out. Hole is roughly 1.2m x 1m. The ceiling is made of plasterboard . The ceiling is not very high so easy to access with step ladder. See photos or ask question if you require further information please.

Looking for someone to build a 2 man sauna

I have a garden ornament it’s 600mm dia metal laser cut decorative picture which weighs around 1.6kg to be hung above outdoor seating on a rendered brickwork wall that has been painted. Tried liquid nails and didn’t work. Will require to masonry drill hole and hang from screw. See Mock up below

making my garage in to a room, putting gyprock in 3 walls and VJ panel in 1 wall. need to do ceiling too. room size is approximately 4/3 sqm. ceiling would be 2.7.

Recent winds have unseated the awning joiner. Need to get the awning joiner placed back and also screw the awning to the roof. Photos attached. Need to get this fixed asap. A ladder will be required.

Need an urgent job done to move air con vent hole by approx 6 inches and do gyprock plaster around it.

Outdoor render is cracked and nearly fallen off. Likely needs the top parts to be re-done on 3 square pillars. Needs to be able to be painted afterwards, but i can do the painting, the job is just the rendering. This is in a key area for a house that is going to be listed for sale, it needs to be done by an experienced renderer only, not a handyman. Thanks.

Remove remaining tile skirting boards from the walls. Gyrock (where broken) the bottom of the skirting. Waterproof both areas ready for sandcement and tiling. Areas include small toilet and laundry rooms. Materials need to be supplied.

Cut out Replace and patch 300mm strip of gyprock approximately 2.5- 3m long. Need 2 base coats done and 1 top coat, sand, ready for paint. Cornice not to be touched. I can supply all materials or you can yourself but make sure mentioned in quote. Need job started around 9am on 6th October.
