Here’s how to install the spacer: You’ll need two people to install the spacer Remove the wooden spacer that separates the bottom of the glass panel (circled in the photo). Then, with one person gently lifting the door by the handle (taking care not to apply pressure directly to the glass), the other person can slide the PVC spacer under the glass panel — along its full length. This will raise the panel just enough to support proper door alignment and function. I can provide more information over the phone and via video.

Gyprock garage ceiling. Need to fix and make it look good professionally done with ruffing & painting so it does not fall again. To me the solution is to take the gyprock board out and replace with a new one.

Price is labour each day. I Will pay for materials on top as well Remove door, remove frame, patch doorway with gyprock and studs between gyprock. Mark where studs are. Plaster gaps on both sides. Only one side needs to be smooth for me to paint. The other side will have cabinets, kitchen and splash back covering it.
