I need a fireplace wall surround (front and sides) painting and need it to look like concrete. Sample attached. I will also need the skirting paining white. Walls either side of the fire surround do not need painting. Fireplace is 3M high x 2M wide x .5M deep. Keen to see samples of work please.

Fixing of Fascia Timber - circled in blue, as you can see the timber there is broken. The whole timber at the rear of the house will likely need replacing. Please note that parts of the soffit around the house contains Asbestos. Although sample at that area where the broken timber is was negative, I rather be on the side of caution. Removing the timber should not interfere with the soffit but I prefer someone who has experience with old houses with possible exterior asbestos. To plaster yellow area circled hole as well. Not a big hole.

Hi I had some wall shelves removed and the removalist has caused scrapes and holes in the wall that need fixed. These are in three rooms.
