3 posts holding up roof have rotted at base. There are metal 'cups' at the base. i have been told this can be fixed by getting taller cups and cutting of rotted part of posts.

Roof has a crack at our Norwood office, looks like plasterboard, will need this assessed and touched up. I have had bad experiences from airtasker in the past so please only apply if you can do this job to a high standard. Their are several other cracks around office, if you do a great job I can hire you for the others as well.

Invasive plum tree branches from next door crowding verandah roof and need cut back and removed from the property. This is a small, walled courtyard garden in Norwood.
