1. Timber ramp to be removed- approx 3 m long and disposed of most of the timber 2. Balustrades to be re-attached as some have rotted a bit 3. Decking to be re- nailed here and there 4. New balustrade (see blue line on the photo, construction details tbc) 5..And about 4 timber treads to be replaced. (Metal stringers are ok condition) 6. And 4 timber treads to be replaced, timber strings to be assessed but I think it is ok.) I can send more photos as I am at the house tomorrow. (8th) Thank you
