Looking for a skilled tradesperson to create and install a new handrail and balustrade for a small internal stairway. The stairway has three steps up to a 1m x 1m landing area. Looking for compliant stairs using Australian Standards. Would like to use light wooden posts and rails. Looking to seal the timber too.

I have a Kylin single sauna to install in my garage. The company (Kylin) said it is very easy to assemble and would only take 1 hour max. Everything clips in. No electrical work required.. it just plugs into a 10amp power point. Unfortunately I just don’t have time to do it.

The current ceiling is sheeted, but I want to insulate it (lounge room above). I’ll remove existing sheeting and fit insulation. It will then need re-sheeting. ~6m x 6m. Current is 2 layers of 13mm sheet, replace with same.

Need a plasterer to do a quick patch and paint of the ceiling in bathroom. Paint supplied House is for sale so just needs to be fixed for cosmetic purpose - see photos / take fan out and patch holes / make it look neat

Hello, I am having a roofing structure added to our backyard, it is a skillion fly over treated pine verandah. The frame is being installed tomorrow, looking to have it ideally painted before roof panels go on, to make the painting job a lot easier. Please see attached plans and dimensions of the plan. The ceiling's plasterboard has been water damaged. I want to change the plasterboard. This damage is in one room (3.6x3.8). Probably half of the ceiling needs to be replaced (see the photo). There are other damages in the kitchen and one more room but we can do that separately. - Due date: Flexible

Install 9mm MDF wall panelling onto Gyprock wall, securing into studs with small as possible nail. A timber strip will sit on top of the panelling and will also need to be affixed. Panels are cut to correct height but one panel will need to be trimmed to get correct length. - Due date: Before Sunday, 18 September 2022

Room is 3.6mx3.8m and the ceiling is 2.47m, one side is a wardrobe and doesn't need plastering. There is a window of 2.6mx1.4m (see the floor plan of the room). I need both walls and the ceiling to be re-plaster as the current plasterboard is too old and has old wallpaper on it. Not sure how much it costs, please quote. I have a few more rooms to plasterboard and I hope the same tradie can do all. - Due date: Flexible
