The awning cassette is 4m long weight about 80kg. There are 2 brackets (4 dyna bolts each) to fix out on the wall above sliding door. The awning cassette needs to be lifted up about 2.5m high to attach to the bracket on the wall before locking it in placed. The installer must be insured and have experience in similar installation. Please provide reference.

existing power point in garden requires relocating 5 metres along. Require electrician to carry out work and supply parts, conduit and cable. Soil will be removed ready to do works. - Due date: Flexible

1. Render old retaining wall to make it the same colour as the new retaining wall. 2. Backfill with sand the gap between new retaining wall and the back garden. 3. Reset pavers flush with steps to make it safe to walk.
