Need to close the area above the wardrobes top with chip boards and apply cornice to match each room. 3. Some small gaps in the other areas also need to be fixed in the house. 4. Need the plaster surface ready for paint. Each wardrobe size: 2.5m width x 60cm deep x 2.37m Height, both wardrobes are the same size. Ceiling height: 2.7m The cost only applies for the labor charges. I have already found a retail can provide the matching cornice. I can order and have it delivered to my house. Happy to pay for extra of the other materials if needed. The job doesn’t require painting. We will paint later ourselves.

Supply and install polycarbonate sheeting and metal flashing for minor verandah roof repairs. Part of the roof sheeting has broken off so needs to be replaced and also want flashing installed around the edge to prevent reoccurence of same problem (which occurred when there has been strong winds). - Due date: Flexible
