Looking for Gib stopper to replace a gib ( 2 gibs), plastering and jointing to be done

Have a really small corner of a room (30cms by 30cms approx) that needs to be cut out and new plasterboard put in. Other second is damaged - see photo. Maybe repair or cut out and put new area in.

Wanting to have a 2 gang power point added above my tool box. Have power point directly below it to feed off. Should be straight forward. Toolbox comes off the wall with ease for access. Please supply PowerPoint (don’t have any).

Please cut into the area and address the underlying cause, rather than applying a simple touch-up. 2. Damp Ceiling: After rain damage, a damp area on the ceiling has been identified. Please cut out the damaged section and apply plastering. 3. Ceiling Cornice: There is a gap on the ceiling cornice that needs to be fixed.
