Im needing this area roughly 2m x 2m Concreted for a sauna to Go on.

Looking for 2 people (should be builders) to install an awning to a balcony. Material of balcony is like a render cladding so may need additional timber to ensure it is attached to studs. I have not purchased yet. Seeking info if possible first.

Experienced Handyman Needed to Secure 2 x Shelves to Plasterboard Wall I need help installing two shelves onto my wall at home. Shelves and wall space provided in the images. The shelves must be fixed securely into studs—these are heavy shelves and cannot come off the plasterboard wall. Shelf measurements: 14.5cmx157.5cmx4.5cm 13cmx158cmx4.5cm Important: • I don’t know what’s inside the walls (wiring, pipes, etc.), so I’ll need someone who can safely assess this and use the correct fixings. • One of the shelves has a small split in the wood (see photo). Thought it was worth mentioning in case this has implications for the install. One sheet needs to be supplied and installed asap. Can apply measurements and more information if this a job you can do urgently. This must be water tight as it is over an outdoor kitchen.

Looking for Gib stopper to replace a gib ( 2 gibs), plastering and jointing to be done

Have a really small corner of a room (30cms by 30cms approx) that needs to be cut out and new plasterboard put in. Other second is damaged - see photo. Maybe repair or cut out and put new area in.
