Move Awning from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana. Dismantle, move and reinstall awning and side privacy wall. We need a team to dismantle an awning over a deck. This includes 4.3m wide x 3.8m colourbond roof. You'll also need to dismantle the support beams 2.4m at highest point and 2.2m high at lowest end. The side privacy panels also need to move. (2.4m x 3.8m) The materials then need to be transported from Ettalong Beach to Copacabana (25min drive). At Copacabana this then needs to reassembled. The house at Ettalong Beach is single level on a flat block. The house at Copacabana is on a sloped block but all access will be through the road level access. This needs to be removed from the Ettalong Beach house before 2nd February (the house is being demolished). Let me know what other information you need and what is your fair competitive offer.

Awning over solar inverter needs to be screwed back in with wood screws

A post supporting an awning on the back of my villa has rotted away at the bottom and other has come adrift from the top wooden rail.

Repair water damaged sealing, as per picture. So new skylight can be placed to old leaking one. Unsure what can be done to repair, so can discuss once reviewed.

Gyprock one wall 2400 x 3080mm (around a window) patch a hole 330x330mm and square set all four walls flush with ceiling. Sand ready for paint. Please refer to photos (No painting, architrave or skirting needed)

Looking for a qualified electrician to provide a quote for wiring a small bathroom. This is a new build (not a renovation). The property is a pole house with easy access underneath for wiring.
