Looking for a qualified electrician to provide a quote for wiring a small bathroom. This is a new build (not a renovation). The property is a pole house with easy access underneath for wiring. I need internal carcases for three built-in-waedrobes. They have sliding doors already but were not fitted out properly when installed, having only Ikea Kalax cubes internally. I am looking for some shelving at the top, shelving on one third of the wardrobes and hanging space for the remainder. Internal dimensions for two wardrobes: 1750 wide x 2750 high x 500 deep Internal dimensions for the remaining wardrobe: 1840 wide x 2750 high x 500 deep. Measurements are indicative only and you would need to do your own final measurements. I am looking for supply and installation. Pricing is flexible.

I need my ceiling to be batten to make level and plastered , will provide all materials.

Timber is moulded on outdoor patio frame so needs cleaning. Needs painting after cleaned.

Scope of Works • Remove and Dispose of 5 x existing verandah timber baluster sets (from south-west side of house, adjacent to pool). • Prop verandah fascia line and remove 1 x 90x90mm Timber Post (2nd from end). • Supply and Install 1 x 90x90mm Posts with galvanised fixings, and coated with Aquadeck Natural Oil. • Supply and Install 5 x 2.4m x 1200mm(h) Powder Coated Aluminium Flat Top Panels (pictured) in Basalt.

Require someone to install some boards and set them. Materials on site

Run power to and Install power point to old foxtel wall outlet. Wall behind this area has bricks removed so access is easier.

The existing awning is located on the upstairs balcony and is 3.6m wide. This needs to be taken down and a new unit of same size installed. Brackets may not line up with existing fitting so may require fitting in a different position. Some roof tiles will need to be lifted to gain access to the coach bolts that are securing the existing awning to the barge board. This is definitely a two person job but should take 1-2 hours to complete. After reading the installation instructions, the procedure is to fit the awning brackets (2) to the target location and once secure the awning is lifted into position and locked into the brackets. There may be some adjustments necessary to fine tune the angle of the awning but this looks straight forward and is well described in the installation instructions.
