A power point under the kitchen sink (for the dishwasher) isn't working. I think it may be because the sink mixer has been leaking. The sink mixer is being replaced so just need this power point fixed/moved/replaced so that it works. Someone has plastered around a power point in the bedroom, this needs to be moved. It is plaster on top of brick. There are two broken air conditioning units that need to be disconnected and taken down. They don't need to be removed though as we can do that.
