Hi there, I need an experienced handyman to help remove an old metal awning and install a new one above my laundry door. What needs to be done: Removal: Detach and remove the existing old corrugated metal awning (as shown in the first picture). It is fixed to the exterior wall with support arms. Installation: Install the new polycarbonate awning (already fully assembled by me, shown in the second picture) onto the same exterior wall. Important Details: Wall Type: Rendered brick/masonry wall. You will need a proper hammer drill . Height: The awning is located just above the standard door frame. You will need to bring your own ladder. Tools: Please bring all necessary tools for removal and installation (ladder, drill, masonry bits, etc.).

I have a garage with the walls and ceilings stripped out. I need someone to come in and sheet up the walls and ceilings, with 10 mm gyprock. I need cornices installed and all set and sanded ready for painting. I need the window and door openings to be square set. I have included photos to assist with quoting.

Hi. I need the gyprock of this area of the bathroom fixed. I had a towel hanger prior, but broke as my daughter pulled on it. Require the area to be carved and replaced with a small piece of gyprock (which i am able to provide if required). Do not require the area painted just a well flush job of gyprock.

There is some gap over the interior render over my garage door, that needs filling.

Install a new power point in garage ceiling to power the autmatic door opener.
