Provide detailed quotation for converting safe, comfortable accommodation for my elderly father. Built on concrete slab. Electricity has been run to the garage but is not yet connected or fitted out. It will be a very minimal space. Nothing fancy all open with toilet and kitchenette. No shower needed. There are seven holes in the property that require professional patching and painting. All holes are located on the walls. Every one is on a different wall. 3 in the master bedroom, 1 in another bedroom, 2 in the garage, and 1 behind the entry door (doornob damage). Install an awning 300cmx75cm on a brick wall as a cover for solar battery. Job must be done between 8am to 12noon, Tue-Fri. Kit comes with screws and 8x anchor bolts (10mm dia) for concrete. Scope of work: Height 2.65m and width 92cm, wall width 12cm * Frame and extend the existing wall from floor to ceiling. * include matching skirting boards as part of your quote * Install gyprock/plasterboard * Tape, set and sand ready for painting. * Match existing cornice and wall finish as closely as possible. * Ensure the extension is straight, flush and professionally finished. * Supply all materials and remove any waste.
