I need a plasterer or gyprocker to quote on walls in my apartment. Parts of the walls in our investment property had to be cut into due to water damage from a burst pipe to be dried and out and needs fixing. Please see attached photos. Each photo is an indivisible section that needs fixing. This is only lounge and kitchen area. Bedrooms don’t need doing or bathrooms. There are also two doors where the frames were ripped off also and need replacing. Hopefully you can all quote based on these pictures.

Remove alarm (no longer used) 3. Remove 1 intercom (intercom doesn’t work) 4. Replace 2 fluorescent lights with 2 hanging (single pendant lights) : we will supply 5. Relocate far end Chandelier so it’s in the centre of New Room 2 6. Remove 2 wall lights closest to Air Con Unit (red dot with blue outline) 7.Toilet: add new electrical outlet for hand dryer near sink

Remove wall power point safely and cap of flush to wall.

I need a gyprocker to do the flashing for a small wall. About 20 meters long in total for a comercial building. No cornice, no skirting. Just the vertical joints and 2 corners. The picture below shows the area needed. The black hatched walls are new, the hollow ones are existing. I need done on Monday the latest to start painting on Tuesday. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 December 2023
