Looking for someone experienced with terracotta tiled roofs to install a roof exhaust fan (150mm) in Eastlakes, NSW. Job involves: • Removing/replacing 1–2 tiles. • Cutting penetration. • Fitting and sealing flashing/adaptor box. • Mounting roof fan securely and ensuring watertight finish. Single-storey house, easy access. All materials supplied — just need your tools and know-how.

Need to remove old kitchen splashback. It’s a small u-shaped, 1.8-2.2-0.5mtr. Total 2.2m2. Both tiles and cement bedding comes off easy, from brick walls. Brick wall does NOT require removal. Require Public liability insurance for Strata. Thanks.
