First the sofa will need to be carried/wheeled ~ 100m on trolley and up ramp to main door of complex (air tasker to bring trolley if needed) and carried up fire stairs to level 2 (will not fit in elevator). Requires experienced movers to lift sofa over railings and manoeuvre tight corners and up approx 4 flights of stairs. Sofa weight approx 100kg. Sofa is fragile and velvet so needs to be moved with care as can damage easily.
