Repair/ Replace damaged downpipes (2 downpipes) broken on the bottom

As I am selling my house, I need some minor repairs done to cracks in the tile mortar and a valley tile which is loose/slipping down which were flagged in the building inspection, single story home – images from the building report attached. Please note that the roof is still water-tight and there’s no leaking. The broken part is PVC, the upper part is more solid, and they are connected by a square bracket. I want to replace the broken part only, other than replace all the downpipe. Open for suggestion and quote
