Find experienced local roofers in Tarragindi

Looking for someone with experience to pidgeon proof our 15 solar panels in Tarragindi, south side of Brissy. We already have the mesh, so you'll just need to supply the metal clips to hook it onto the panels. Pidgeons have only been on the roof for a couple of months, so possibly a small amount of nest to remove.

We need the pet door to be about 20cm high and 15cm wide (or a bit larger) to allow a King Charle Cavalier to get in and out.

Water is leaking down a toilet ventilation pipe where it exits the roof which is about 1.5 metres from the gutter . I have the waterproofing cartridge ( selleys marine flex)

I need a 4-5m of gutter cleaned out of my neighbours garage roof which has been overflowing in heavy rain into our yard. It's my trees which have been dropping debris. Needing to get it done before the cyclone. We will need to organise around my neighbours schedule most likely as my side of the fence is a large brick wall 4-5m

I would like sound proofing added to a downstairs office on the ceiling. I can supply the soundproofing material (but open to advice on this). The room is a large office - about 3m * 4.8m. The ceiling is the floorboards from upstairs.

Remove foil insulation from approx 110sqm of roof. Clean out space and replace with R4.0+ insulation batts. Must have proof of insurances

I need to see where the damage is on an old unbonded fibro roof . To find out the most likely source of roof leaks and without sending a fully insured roof expert up there. Gutter appearance from above also.

Water is getting through the roof. roof is hail damaged and probably brittle. It may not be safe to stand on roof without something to spread the weight. Super Six profile I think. It is not possible to easily check the support for the roof because it is sandwiched between fibro roof and fibro ceiling.

Refer to the photo of the downpipe. This one runs from the house gutter into a water tank. Need it replaced and sealed so water doesn't drop off the edge or down the middle of the downpipe. Please submit offers. Thanks

Water leaking through roof. It’s a tiled roof and might have moved or got damaged during the latest big storms. Need to crawl up manhole from inside and see where the leak is coming from. Then either replace tiles or silicon. Either this arvo or Friday is good. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 12 January 2024
