It appears I have a roof leak which has come through the ceiling in my kitchen near my stove top exhaust hood which needs repair. I also have a rarely used tap in the laundry that is running slow that potentially needs the tap washers replaced. Seeking an experienced handyman to assist with my repairs.

Hi, I need someone experienced with 4WD accessories or roof-rack installs to help me mount a soft-shell rooftop tent onto my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I already have: • Prorack aero roof bars installed on the car • The rooftop tent (Adventure Kings style) • The full mounting kit (U-bolts, brackets, plates, washers, nuts) What I need: • Someone to lift the tent onto the roof with me • Align the tent rails with the roof bars • Install the mounting brackets securely • Tighten and check all bolts • Make sure the tent is safely fitted for driving The tent is at my house in Success. Flexible with time but need it done within the next few days.

Need fix some leaks in the roof

Description: Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to help with the first stage of a pergola build along the side of the house (see photo). The job is to install a 10-metre ledger board along the roofline of the brick wall shown. The board must be fixed directly into the rafters (not the fascia) using reinforced plates or heavy-duty brackets. The house has eaves, so part of the eave sheeting may need to be temporarily removed and reinstalled. All fixings to be galvanised or stainless steel for outdoor use. Job is in Perth – City of Cockburn area. Option to quote for the full pergola frame later (Toja-style with shade slats). Please include in your quote: Labour to install the ledger board. Supply of fixings/brackets (if not provided). Confirmation that the board will be secured into rafters, not fascia only.

Roof sheeting to patio tubing along fence to enclose patio. Using clear sheets on top and solid colour on side. Also need soakwell put in connecting downpipe and replacing pavers over. See example photo of what we want.

Gutter cleaning, remove debris

Scrape the old waterproofing off (bits that are bubbling or not in tact) then reseal with waterproof sealer

Water down pipe damaged by reversing car. Only bottom section of down pipe is damaged and the lower wall bracket has come off as well.

The recent storms have loosened the adhesive of a patio roof panel and it is blowing quite strongly in the wind. I've got it sorted with some weights for now, but need someone to please fix ASAP.

Clean out gutters and clean solar panels

Leaking appears to be coming from gutter. Tge water has leaked so much and damaged the soffit. Water is now running down the wall. Require solution to fix the leak and assessment and quote for any additional repairs required.

Require competent experienced tiler to replace cracked tile located on roof. May require lifting slightly a solar panel in order to locate. - Due date: Flexible

(Repost) Install additional downpipes to avoid gutter overflowing into roof. . Downpipes to paving (not to soakwell) with usual ending 45 degree bend to direct water away from building. The horizontal section between the wall and gutter to be hidden inside the eaves/ roof (same as the existing downpipe) If you investigate inside existing downpipe on laundry side for apparent blockage using camera that would be a bonus. Please estimate cost.
