Have up to 70 ridge caps re bed and pointed with weep holes applied to the main ridge lines and old style clips removed and replaced with new style spring clips. This is above the 2 garages in preparation for the garage ceiling to be replaced .

We need a downpipe rerouted from going straight down the side of the building to turn and go onto another roof beside it. Also a current gutter is leaking and probably need replacing.

2nd story gutter clean, 1 side of duplex about 20m long, probably only 10m of it is in need of a good clean out, but would still like it all checked. Neighbours palm tree and bamboo trees have managed to fill it up and it overflows in heavy rain which is causing window issues. Would like to get it done before more heavy rain. I need a single 1.8m plastic roof sheet replaced on my patio deck connected to a single story house. The existing one has a small hole and it needs to be removed and a new sheet installed in its place. I have prepared a 1.8m Clear Corrugated Polycarbonate Roof panel and some clear adhesive silicon to secure and seal it to the roof. It’s expected to reuse the existing screws. A ladder is available if needed. If possible I’d like it done sometime this weekend by mutual arrangement. The photo shows 2 clear panels in the foreground. One of those is to be replaced.

Hi, I have this tall free which is hanging over my roof. I need it cut down say 2 metres and possibly one of the truck arms removed. Also taking green waste would be fantastic. There is possibly more pruning I would like done at a different time which you can quote while here. Thanks x
