Cracked/deteriorated bedding and pointing for the ridge capping tiles also noted on report. I have no idea what this will cost but Airtasker forces me to put a budget. Must be licensed.

2nd story gutter clean, 1 side of duplex about 20m long, probably only 10m of it is in need of a good clean out, but would still like it all checked. Neighbours palm tree and bamboo trees have managed to fill it up and it overflows in heavy rain which is causing window issues. Would like to get it done before more heavy rain. Can provide ladder access from rear of property (wife isn’t keen on me doing it.)

I need a single 1.8m plastic roof sheet replaced on my patio deck connected to a single story house. The existing one has a small hole and it needs to be removed and a new sheet installed in its place. I have prepared a 1.8m Clear Corrugated Polycarbonate Roof panel and some clear adhesive silicon to secure and seal it to the roof. It’s expected to reuse the existing screws. A ladder is available if needed. If possible I’d like it done sometime this weekend by mutual arrangement. The photo shows 2 clear panels in the foreground. One of those is to be replaced.

I'm looking for an experienced plasterer and painter to repair a small section of my ceiling. The roof leak that caused the damage has already been fully fixed — now I just need the internal ceiling repaired. Scope of work: 1. There is about 10 metres of gutter that need cleaning. If you could bring a ladder that would be great.

Hi, I have this tall free which is hanging over my roof. I need it cut down say 2 metres and possibly one of the truck arms removed. Also taking green waste would be fantastic. There is possibly more pruning I would like done at a different time which you can quote while here. Thanks x

I have a factory that has an uninsulated ceiling. Trim deck roof, so easy to pull up and get at from the top (6m high). 100 square metres total. Happy with open or closed cell spray or earthwool etc., just not yellow/pink batts (which I’m sure you probably don’t want to deal with either). Obviously I don’t expect it done before Christmas or anything ridiculous. Any time in the next couple of months will be fine. Have access from the 3m high roof next door and I have a scissor lift on site that won’t quite get you up there, but will get high enough to pass you tools/bags etc. Feel free to ask any questions you have.
