Sanding and painting of guttering and drain pipes. You will need a tall ladder for one part which is around 4-5 metres high, and part of it is on the second floor roof, so insurances are important here. We supply sandpaper, paint and brushes. Job estimate is 5-6 hours.

We have some roof tiles that were moved and broken during the storm last night. The tiles are still in location but need to be repositioned. I’m not confident in climbing to the area as it is quite high and outside my skill set. Roof has cracks at windscreen area due to flexing having SUP/surf board on roof racks / highway driving … cracks have now rusted .. just want cheap fix to sell - Due date: Flexible

Where we pulled out the old kitchenl there is a 2 small patches on the roof (under 1 metre by 1 metre in total) we need painted with white textured ceiling paint (which we have here ready to go) so the task is the painting only. Completion by 8th October (set as we have to move).
