Hello, I have a leakage in my roof which happens when there is heavy rain. I have a description of the work that needs to be done to fix the roof.

Install 1 solar powered whirlybird, does not need wiring. 2 story colourbond roof, i already have the whirlybird. Will need to have experience working at heights and familiar with the job.

Roof gutters need cleaning (leaf & debris). Roof height is high, refer to images.

Clean roof / clean leaves out of gutters and clean solar panels . Colorbond roof

Tiles need to be fixed. I have the items that required for the repairs

Cut tree below roof height - Due date: Flexible

Needing to convert this space to a storage area for mower etc. thinking a paved base and roof over. Approx 1.2m wide x 3m long. Needs to stay dry and be free draining. The work would involve removing some bamboo cluster roots and levelling the ground and paving the base (I have the 450sqr tiles on hand) and a skillion type sealed roof
