I have a roof that needs to be tarped as it is not water tight. It has been tarped before in June 2025 and now has wind damage

Unsure exactly but it looks like water is getting in somehow and causing a stain and flaking paint on the ceiling. It could be wet in the insulation

There is a small leak inside my cottage. Someone went in the ceiling space to look and there is no obvious leak or wet sections. However, when inspecting the roof, there was one area noted that looks like it has been repaired previously, and I think this may be where the small trickle of water is coming from. It is an airbnb with guests so access is limited. There is one small window of time where someone can access the roof. This Thursday between 10.30am-5pm.

I Need to borrow an 8+ ft standing ladder to get into roof port (pictured) to inspect ceiling, person to bring upstairs and anchor for me while I climb up into the cavity. If you have a torch that would be appreciated.

Install glasswool insulation in roof panel for sound insulation

The shower on the first floor appears to be leaking water, the waterproofing may have failed, the 2nd image is of the water damage on the ceiling, directly underneath the shower. Need someone to fix it, probably need to take the tiles out, waterproof it, then put the tiles back. So experience is necessary, not just a handyman job. Please give quote for the whole job.

We are working on a strict budget more looking for a Handyman with extra work in the future (our Handyman just retired so we are looking for someone to fill the spot $30 an hour CASH We recently had solar panels installed so you will need to take care but Antenna is easily accessible towards edge of roof. The guys that came out moved the Antenna so now its not picking up all the channels and some channels now have interference. I also need to MOVE 1 tv socket from 1 wall to another wall in the bedroom. I believe we will need a new socket plate/face. You must have a ladder and tools if needed for socket install Thank you

Currently unable to see much rust, but I know there is some around the windshield and other areas around the roof gutters that have been bogged and painted over recently.
