Need roof painting and screws replaced

I have a large set of solar panels plus a 144sqm shed roof, 86 sqm carport roof and 350 sqm hoise roof with solar panels I want a quote for cleaning

We have an approx 5.8m x 6m roof space over our deck that we’d like insulated from the underside. No new roof or removing roof sheets. Will need batons between beams, insulation blanket and AC sheets, joiners. We want to leave the primary beams exposed. And seal the ends so vermin cannot get in. There is currently a light and power running along one of the beams that also needs to be managed.

I need help replacing a few broken roof tiles (around 3 or 4) and carrying out some minor roof pointing work. • The property is a single-storey house in Narangba, Queensland. • I already have the spare tiles available on-site. • I can assist in identifying and locating the damaged tiles to speed up the process.
