Title: Small roof fascia repair + tile reset (Mermaid Waters) Description: I need a small repair done to the corner of my tiled roof where the timber fascia/barge board has rotted and broken away slightly (see photo). The job will likely involve: • Removing the damaged/rotted timber section • Replacing it with a new timber piece • Sealing/priming the replacement timber properly • Reinstalling and securing the edge roof tile • Ensuring the area is weather sealed Important requirements: • Must have relevant experience with roof repairs or fascia repairs • The rotted timber must be replaced (not filled or patched) • The new timber must be sealed/primed before installation or immediately after • Must bring your own tools and ladder This is a small corner repair only, not a full roof job. I have tried drilling rods for hanging curtains in my room but the holdings have not stuck in properly, I’ve not only created holes in my roof but I need them hung so they will be able to stay and hold my curtains. I need this done over the weekend. I’ve taken a photo of how I wanted it done and the crime scene I created. Willing to pay up to $200.

Water is constantly dripping from a section under the roof eaves (see photo). It looks like it might be coming from a leaking or misaligned gutter or blocked downpipe. I need someone to inspect, identify the cause, and fix the issue — possibly cleaning, resealing, or re-aligning the gutter.
