My gutters need work. At the rear, an external corner needs to be replaced after it was damaged by a tree. At the front, one part needs to be reattached to the fascia. Movement in roof space struts and splitting due to age and movement

When there is heavy rain, some water is coming through a small section and going down through the insulation to the bottom of a studio and I need to have this issue fixed. Maybe the the gutter is too small for heavy downpour? It only seems to happen when there is a huge downpour. - Due date: Flexible

1. Repair some netting to roof eaves and realign tiles so that pigeons will not be able to re enter roof space. Realign roof tiles and apply roof pointing to seal gaps 2. Remove pigeons from roof space (in a humane manner). Unfortunately due to work commitments and children I am unable to dedicate the time needed to see this task to conclusion.
