The job includes: • Removing all leaves and debris from gutters and downpipes • Checking for any blockages in the downpipes • Taking before & after photos (optional but preferred) • Disposing of the waste or placing it in my green bin The gutters are easily accessible and haven’t been cleaned in about 12 momths. We have a roof structure problem to be fixed as some parts of roof had sagged and some trusses were found dislocated. As the work can be complicated I will be sending the report issued by structural engineer. It has the steps which need to be taken to fix up the entire issue. Hoping to find someone who has extensive experience in fixing up the timber roof issues and fees can be negotiated.
