The gutter is replaced recently but the corners are not covering the roof tiles in full so chance for leaking through. Looking for people to cover that area either by adding a piece of gutter or any other possible option. This is to be done in 3 places

My roof/ chimney leaked during the storm the other night which resulted in water flowing down my wall and chimney. The roof is tile with a brick chimney, 1960s house. Ceiling is now sagging.

My patio downpipe is flooding my patio area as there is no drainage. I require something to be installed to fix this.

10 meters straight gutter + 2 down pipes + Fascia adjustment. One side of fascia is low so it’s not sitting properly on soffit and the water stay and making rust .

I need the roof cover removed from my back patio. The roof cover consists of colorbond and some acrylic roof sheets. Total of 5 colorbond sheets wide. The size of the roof cover is 4600 mm by 4500 mm. Many of the tech screws are covered with sealant and some of the sheets are joined with sealant.
