Hi We have an English Bulldog and we live in a townhouse. We currently use a large wooden box from https://www.realgrasspuppypotty.com.au/collections/potties/products/large. Currently when the turf sits outside with real turf from Bunnings, it gets wet and flooded. We need someone to build something so our dog can access this and it provides cover from the rain. Noting she won’t enter anything that is completely closed off.

It's a second story extention, we can't access it through the normal roof access as its higher than the normal roof. We don't actually know whats in that space because we can't see it, but it gets very hot and we are assuming it doesn’t have insulation. Access, I assume is through the roof tiles. it looks bathroom shower water proof need to fix. water from bathroom hit the next room and wall was wet. . I called handyman to look and he removed some area of the wall and looked about water pipe and water pipe is fine and said it should be water proofing issue.

Clean the underside roof above the back deck, including the metal and the painted area as in photos, without damaging the metal, paint or seals. Clean off all fallen dirt particles off the deck. The deck is now empty (clear of all items). Deck size is approx 22 square meters. Cleaner. Cleaning.

Some of the roof tiles appear to be broken. We need a licensed roof tiler to come and inspect the tiles, replacing them if necessary.

MAINTENANCE NON-IMPACTING INSPECTION FINDINGS (C) Fixings The screw fixings securing the roof sheets are rusting due to age and general wear and tear, this could be a potential point of water ingress if not addressed. (D) Metal Sheeting Metal roof sheets and cappings appear to be in fair condition with no visible signs of impact damage. There are several creases in some of the metal roof tiles likely due to foot traffic. The metal roof tiles have 3 patches which have been sealed up in the past which can become a point of water ingress when the silicon cracks and fails. Fixings Replace or seal over rusted screw fixings. (D) Metal Sheeting re seal patched metal roof tiles. monitor other dents in metal roof tiles.

Remove all debris out of the gutters and dispose around the gardens on the property. Flush down pipes to ensure they are clear and running as normal. Thoroughly clean and re seal and joints that are failing.
