It's a second story extention, we can't access it through the normal roof access as its higher than the normal roof. it looks bathroom shower water proof need to fix. water from bathroom hit the next room and wall was wet. . I called handyman to look and he removed some area of the wall and looked about water pipe and water pipe is fine and said it should be water proofing issue.

Clean the underside roof above the back deck, including the metal and the painted area as in photos, without damaging the metal, paint or seals. Clean off all fallen dirt particles off the deck. The deck is now empty (clear of all items). Deck size is approx 22 square meters. Cleaner. Cleaning.

Some of the roof tiles appear to be broken. We need a licensed roof tiler to come and inspect the tiles, replacing them if necessary.
