Gutter cleaning for one story two bedroom house easy access the gutter is not too much dirty either pretty easy job

Leak in the ceiling only after persistent rain over a week or so. The leak is roughly in line with the exterior wall of the second floor. Refer to photos of the leaked ceiling and exterior wall of the second floor.

I need someone to install this clear trap cover 3x4m on balcony roof, need to be attached and fixed to the upper and corner beams. Got a tree stretching over the gutter and leaving lots of small leaves. Need a trim on the branches on the tree, especially over the gutter area.
