Hi there, I need my front gutter cleaned today. My property is on stilts, so it's 2 story at the front and 1 story at the back. I can provide ladder, blower and jet hose if required. I can also assist with holding ladder and setting up ladder if required. There is only the front gutter requiring cleaning and possibly the down pipes as well.

I’m I’m looking for someone to build a protective structure around my sauna so it can be placed outside and kept safe from the rain. URGENT. Need some insulation moved into my ceiling via Manhole before house inspection this afternoon. I would do it myself, but have a newborn. Est. 45-60 minutes work if that. I have two leaks coming from my gutter corners

Gutter has come away from the wall. 6 brackets need to be re-drilled and the gutter put back in situ. Can provide drill and ladder if required. Downpipe also needs to be redrilled

i've ripped the curtain off the ceiling so needs to be put back into ceiling and the roof needs repairing

The down pipe has been installed incorrectly and has not been cut at the base to allow water to flow!

Need someone to come and fix the leak in our roof from the outside and repair the damage on the inside. We have an old tin roof and the leak has started to damage the internal ceiling. I’m not sure what this should cost so looking for quotes. I have attached a photo of the internal damage.

Have just had NBN box installed in the most useless area possible! I need to insert an Ethernet connection next to NBN Box that will connect to router in a different area as the wifi coverage is poor throughout the property.. I have an existing plate in the area that I want the router but will need a new plate installed next to NBN box and cable to run to router.The roof is a small fit as ducted air con is everywhere. Cable required will be no more than 15 metres!

Hi we have just purchased a home in Currumbin and there’s no pedestrian gate access. We’d like to add a gate but make it nice with a covered entrance, letterbox, PIN code and quality gate. Flexible on when but ideally in next fortnight. Images included - first image is the inside of the current fence. Subsequent images are ideas of what we would like built. Longer term we will replace whole fence with rendered wall but for now I just need first stage done. Unclear on labour and materials costs. Happy to accept quotes. You must be expert at building please! Thanks
