We need the gutters cleaned on our 2 storey home in Bridgewater

Addition to ensuite, new wall, flush, cornice and paint on one side,Gyprock, flush, waterproof, paint/tile on the other side for a shower alcove. Remove one wall. Have plumber lined up. Need an experienced carpenter.

Job is in Mount Torrens. Paint steel support beams of shed and down pipes. Paint WIR.

Tiled roof needs repair, primarily tiles put back in place and secured. Ensure weatherproof.

I need my gutters cleaned. It is a two story house. I have attached a picture of the house, the gutters are both on the lower level and then higher up on the roof on the second level too.

Under floor insulation- installation required for a house on stilts- therefore it's all very accessible. Installation type- foam boards from bunnings Tools required- stanley knife/hand saw, bench/horse saw for ease/measuring tape, ladder. All other materials supplied. Time required- 2/3 people for 3 hours of continuous work. $50/hr/person.

Leaking gutter has started to rot the board its attached to & gutter needs to be replaced. Section is about 5mtrs long.

One panel misted, corrugated perspex panel (330cm x 90cm) has been damaged and is leaking in our double garage sized shed. I dont have a ladder or the means to transport a 3 metre long panel. Due to a separation need to put my house on the market in next 5 weeks, my shed had just had concrete laid and now needs to have the insulation installed (currently half done have insulation already) and then to be gyprocked. There will need to be 2 bathroom walls put up also. I'm not sure what price range this will be and am looking for quotes and best availability.
