Single story standard size house. Need all gutters cleaned out. Block is on a slope so ladder required. No trees over the house so not expected much in the gutters

The balcony grouting seems to be cracking and letting water through. Needs replacing. The balcony area is around 5 square metres, with large tiles.

We have a leaking hose on the rooftop connecting to the evaporative AC, needs replacement. We also need assistance reconnecting the pipe under the ensuite vanity sink, it has been leaking.

I need someone to instal a small hook in my veranda ceiling and help me string some fairy lights up. The ceiling of the veranda is about 3 metres high. I have a small step ladder but you may prefer to bring your own. The ceiling has 3 hooks already, it's only the 4th that needs installing.

2 storey town house but only half the gutters are mine

I am looking for someone professional and experienced to help with cleaning the gutters and downpipes at my two-storey townhouse. I have gutter guards installed, so hopefully the gutter cleaning part would be fairly straightforward.

I need insulation installed under the house floor. The house is raised, there is a door that you can enter from, there light that comes through some vents under the house. Refer to photos. Person can crouch in certain areas and crawl in others. I’ve installed about 25 matts already but I’m inexperienced and therefore its time consuming for me, I also work full time during weekdays and my weekends are quite full.
