A weathered seal on a colorbond roof flashing needs replacing. Rain during a recent storm had penetrated the roof and leaked on to the ceiling. We have made an insurance claim, but they can’t start inside repairs until the roof leak is fixed properly

We’ve had a problem with roof rats and as such have put rat sacks up there. Problem is, at least two seem to have eaten the poison and died up there creating a horrible smell. My hubby can’t get up there and none of the adults kids are game. I’d gladly pay someone to do this for us if anyone has the stomach for it.

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. I need someone to instal a small hook in my veranda ceiling and help me string some fairy lights up. The ceiling of the veranda is about 3 metres high. I have a small step ladder but you may prefer to bring your own. The ceiling has 3 hooks already, it's only the 4th that needs installing.
