40 rooftop solar panels need a good clean

I have ceiling insulation bats of R 3 on my 100 square meter home in Watson. I want to add additional bats to improve the ceiling insulation. I will pay $2,000 for labor and I will provide all materials including the bats.

We’ve had a problem with roof rats and as such have put rat sacks up there. Problem is, at least two seem to have eaten the poison and died up there creating a horrible smell. My hubby can’t get up there and none of the adults kids are game. I’d gladly pay someone to do this for us if anyone has the stomach for it.

A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again.
