Hi, need a rendered block retaining wall painted. 36 mtrs in total length x 700mm high. Need the top and face side painted. The wall is an L shape. I will supply the paint. Located in Forestdale 4118

Require old paint stripped off front of house, front fence/ retaining walls that is old and pealing. Measured area and it is a bit under 31 square metres. Need it to be taken back to the bear render, assume drop sheets will be used to keep off public area / neighbours driveway. All paint / paint stripper / drop sheets and other debris to be removed and walls left clean and tidy, with areas stripped of paint to be in condition to be repainted.

Supply and install concrete sleepers with 1200 spaced posts in a charcoal McLaren sandstone (product as sample noted). Can be changed to a different brand, product or style if required. Land is uneven so concrete sleeper will be sloped/stepped to follow design. Lengths are as follows: 6.630 (straight) – L/m 1.2 and 13.050 (corner) – L/m Please see photos attached. I am a builder with trades but do not have a landscaper or retaining wall trade on hand as I focus on major internal renovations. I understand all building terminology.
