Concrete Sleeper Retaining Wall – Pier/Column Installation Looking for an experienced contractor for an engineered concrete sleeper retaining wall in Brooklyn, NSW. Wall is approximately 11.7 m long, with three stepped sections: 2.66 m long × approx. 345 mm high 3.24 m long × approx. 685 mm high 5.81 m long × approx. 400 mm high Engineering drawings specify 100 UC 15 galvanised steel columns, maximum 2,000 mm spacing, with approximately Ø450 mm bored piers. Importantly, due to the proximity of the new house/slab, 2–3 piers need to be approximately 3,000–3,300 mm deep. The remaining piers are normal retaining-wall piers to the depths specified on the engineering drawings. Option 1 – Drill Piers & Install Columns Only ($2500) This is my preferred option. I need a timber sleeper installed underneath the existing retaining wall. The sleeper is needed to close off the gap underneath the retaining wall so concrete can be poured up to the wall without spilling underneath. The ground slopes, so the sleeper will need to be cut to follow the slope/angle of the ground so it fits neatly into the gap. I haven’t measured the gap yet, so I’d like someone who can measure it, cut the timber to fit and install it securely. Timing: Needs to be completed before Tuesday. Photos attached.

I have a front yard that needs red brick edging laid in. Job will consist of: - leveling the ground - clearing some concrete around a drain near the edge - laying brickwork (height will be about 2 to three bricks) Bricklayer to provide bricks (will be paid for ofcourse) No idea what the going rate is so please quote accordingly, or let me know if you want to visit before quoting. The timber retaining wall is being pushed from the dirt and considering there is only 1 timber post for about 2-2.5m it is unable to hold on and has been leaning. Looking for quotes to temporarily remove the fence panel, dig some of the dirt from behind the wall, remove the existing timber post that is leaning and replace it, add another 2 posts and put back the fence panel.

Just need this one section of hardwood sleepers and the small supporting posts removed from this front yard garden. Pulled out, dug up or chopped up, however possible for it to be yanked out of the ground. Termite risk so need removed. These are in the front yard and are accessible any time of day for removal. Varsity Lakes near the varsity train station.

I bought some retaining wall bricks for the yard and they were the wrong size (as shown in the photos) on the left side. Rather than replacing them I just need to move about 15 of them from behind the shed (shown in the photos) over to the area behind the pool to sensor the sizes all match. Just had surgery so I am unable to do it myself.

I have two PFC posts concreted in place at my house. I need them stitched together. You will need a caddy welder to access site. The steel is about 6mm thick.
